These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Inked Network (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Using The Inked Network
The Inked Network provides a platform for artists, studios, and community members to connect, share work, and communicate. You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for your conduct and any content you create, upload, or share. We may take action against content or accounts that violate these Terms or our safety standards.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
Subscriptions to The Inked Network are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the app or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
One-time Purchases
Due to the digital nature of our services, one-time purchases (such as digital credits or feature unlocks) are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the digital item has been used.
Exceptions
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at support@theinkednetwork.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will review each case individually and issue refunds at our sole discretion.
Content on The Inked Network
The Service allows users to create and share images, messages, comments, and profile information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
License: By posting User Content, you grant The Inked Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
You may not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
User-Generated Content & Safety
The Inked Network includes user-generated content and interactive features. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment.
Prohibited content: Content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, illegal, or otherwise objectionable is not allowed.
Reporting: Users may report content or accounts directly in the app or by contacting safety@theinkednetwork.com .
Blocking: Users may block other users at any time. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user’s content from the blocker’s view.
Response time: We aim to review reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours.
Enforcement and Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.
