Child Safety Standards

Last updated: December 16, 2025

The Inked Network is committed to protecting minors and maintaining a safe platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

These standards describe what is prohibited, how to report concerns, and how we respond to reports.

Table of Contents

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Prohibited content: Any content that depicts, promotes, grooms, sexualizes, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited. This includes CSAM/CSAE, attempted sharing, links, or requests.

Prohibited behavior: Grooming, sextortion, trafficking-related content, solicitation of minors, or arranging sexual contact with a minor is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement: We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve evidence as required for reporting and legal compliance.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report content or accounts directly in the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also report by email.

Email: safety@theinkednetwork.com

Please include: the username(s), links or screenshots (if available), and a brief description.

Emergency: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.

How We Respond

  • We review reports and may remove violating content or accounts.
  • We may restrict messaging or other features during investigation.
  • We preserve relevant data when appropriate to support reporting and compliance.

We take reports seriously and prioritize child safety. Response times vary based on the nature and severity of the report.

Age Requirements

Minimum age: The Inked Network is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow accounts for users under 13.
